Each option has pros and cons, for example building a house is going to give you the freedom to design it, but it could be costly. in contrast, buying a house as it is, you don't have the option to build it as you desire.

Building a house is something not everyone does and this is why the waiting factor decreases and gives you plenty of options to design your home.

You don’t have to worry about other damages to the house such as roof, floors, and paint, The house is going to be completely new.


Modern designs are a plus, there are houses built years ago, new houses are not likely to include modern and minimalist decoration.


Most importantly you can be the first owner of your house. Some people are often worried about the past of their house, being the first owner is breathing that particular smell of new every day.


CONS OF BUILDING A HOUSE.

You can move right after you pay. There is no waiting on this one.


You can negotiate a price for your house with the seller or realtor, there is not an exact number for the price of the house.



CONS OF BUYING A HOUSE.


You might not get exactly what you want, for example, distribution or design inside the house.


You are going to have to pay fees and other damages that the house purchase might include.


If the house you are buying is a little bit old, you could face higher bills.

In conclusion, both ways are great and work perfectly, it depends on what you want, what are your long term thinking, and what is your budget too!
